We now have our first look at “Star Wars Resistance!” Today Lucasfilm dropped the first trailer for the latest “Star Wars” animated series that gives us a great look at the animation style and new characters of the show, and we also learned that “Star Wars Resistance” will be premiering on October 7th at 10 p.m. on several of Disney’s channels. Those being Disney Channel, DisneyNOW, Disney Channel VOD, and then will have subsequent airings on Disney XD.

I personally love the look and animation of “Star Wars Resistance,” and can’t wait to see more from it as we get closer to its premiere date. We’ll have to wait and see if the new characters are as great and engaging as the Ghost crew were in the first episodes of “Star Wars Rebels,” but I can’t wait to find out on October 7th!
