A new clip from “Star Wars Rebels” season 3 has been released today, but this one is not from the actual season premiere. It is taken from an upcoming episode titled “Hera’s Heroes,” where it was revealed in an article from Entertainment Weekly that she will travel back to her home planet of Ryloth to provide aid, but will come face to face with Grand Admiral Thrawn!

“Star Wars Rebels” begins it’s third season this Saturday, September 24th.
USA Today has premiered a new clip from next week’s “Star Wars Rebels” season three premiere, where we get a look at the character I’m most looking forward to seeing in the premiere, the Force being Bendu!

A: The Bendu is described as a “life force,” which is something we haven’t really seen before in Star Wars. He’s not the dark side or the light — he’s something greater. I’m quite flattered that (Rebels executive producer) Dave Filoni fancied me as a “life force” at the age of 82.
Q: What was the biggest appeal for playing the Bendu?
A: It all has to do with inexplicable power. I had a very religious upbringing — believing in angels, devils, divine forces and other worlds — so when it comes to playing a life force like Bendu, I can easily embrace in my imagination all those thoughts I have from my past. My fate is guided, of course, by the script writers, but I try to record on days when I believe in fabulous forces.

Today on the latest episode of The Star Wars Show, it was announced that not one, but two “Star Wars Rebels” soundtracks with music from composer Kevin Kiner will be available to download later this month!
The “Star Wars Rebels” season one soundtrack will be available this week on Friday September 16th, and will consist of 28 tracks.
The season two soundtrack will come out at the end of this month on September 30th, and will have a whopping 33 tracks.
They did not mention where you will be available to download the soundtracks or the pricing of them when they release, but it’s hard to imagine they wont be available on the major retail sites like iTunes or Amazon, and will no doubt be worth the download price for fans of Kevin Kiner’s music on the series.
The Disney XD YouTube page has posted a short new trailer for the season three premiere of “Star Wars Rebels,” which gives us some more cool new footage of our rebel heroes, Darth Maul, Mandalorians, and of course Grand Admiral Thrawn!

“Star Wars Rebels” season three kicks off in less than two weeks now on Saturday, September 24th.
It looks like another character from “The Clone Wars” will be making their way onto “Star Wars Rebels” in season three, and this one has me really excited! Throwing out a small spoiler warning out there for those who want to be surprised and see the character for the first time when they watch the actual episode.

We learned today from Sci Fi Central Australia, via the guys over at Jedi News, that Katee Sackoff is returning as Bo-Katan in “Star Wars Rebels,” as the actress revealed today at Sydney Comic-Con saying that “she has just voiced her Star Wars role again for Rebels.”
We know already that Sabine will have a big role this season, and that we will learn more about her past and time at the Imperial academy on Mandalore, so it makes perfect sense that Bo-Katan would show up in an episode that deals with Sabine and Mandalore. Especially after learning in season two that Sabine is from House Vizsla.
Seeing Bo-Katan again as has me very excited, as not only was she a cool character from “The Clone Wars” that we’ll get to see again, but hopefully her appearance will shed some more light as to what happened after her battle with Darth Maul’s Mandalorian army.
Lots of stuff to be excited for in “Star Wars Rebels” season three, and hopefully we will get an official reveal of Bo-Katan’s return soon from Lucasfilm.
As if we weren’t excited enough for the season three premiere of “Star Wars Rebels” in two weeks, it’s time to get excited for the next few episodes after the season premiere, as the guys over at Jedibibliothek have revealed the titles for the first six episodes of season three!
You can check out the titles and their air dates below, and while we already knew the title of the first two premiere episodes, the next four sound very intriguing!

The episode titles that have me most intrigued and excited are “The Holocrons of Fate” and “The Last Battle.” “The Holocrons of Fate” will no doubt deal with the Force, which are episodes I always love, and will probably be an episode that features Darth Maul, as we already know from the trailer that he is trying to open the Sith Holocron with Ezra.
“The Last Battle” I think will be the episode we see Rex and the Ghost crew taking on some Battle Droids, as Dave Filoni revealed during an interview with IGN at Celebration Europe that that episode was going to be titled “The Last Battle of the Clone Wars,” and would be an important one for Ezra. But it looks like the title might have seen a slight change.
We don’t have to wait that much longer to see these episodes, as “Star Wars Rebels” season three kicks off in exactly two weeks on September 24th!

This clip is definitely a cool display of Force powers, but it does have an ominous vibe to it as we see Ezra take out those Stormtroopers in such an extreme way.
