One of the things I always look forward to with all the Star Wars Celebrations, is the great new artwork that gets shown by some great Star Wars artist. Today, StarWars.com has announced the first 10 pieces of artwork that will be on display at Celebration VI, as well as the talented artist behind them. Here’s what StarWars.com said about the reveal:
[blockquote cite=]Today we are delighted to reveal the first 10 limited edition artwork prints that will be available exclusively at Star Wars Celebration VI this August! As mentioned in our original announcement, 35 different artists have been selected to offer these exclusive prints at Celebration VI, which we will be revealing in the coming weeks.
In addition, Acme Archives will be offering pre-orders of the Celebration VI Art Show prints for the very first time. All pre-ordered prints must be picked up in person at Celebration and will not be shipped. Artists who will have their own booths outside of the Acme booth will also be offering pre-orders through their own websites, under the same terms. Pre-orders will begin after Comic-Con.
Enjoy the sneak peek at the first 10 prints below and stay tuned for many more to come![/blockquote]

I have to say my favorite out of the 10 pieces revealed so far is the Return Of The Jedi piece by Jerry Vanderstelt, who has done some amazing Star Wars art in the past. Looking forward to seeing the next batch of art that gets revealed.
