One of the questions a lot of fans had after the big announcement of Lucasfilm being purchased by Disney, is what will happen with the “The Clone Wars” T.V. series? Well according to an article over at the Hollywood Reporter, it appears that after season 5, “The Clone Wars” will be moving from Cartoon Network, over to one of Disney’s own networks. More likely over to Disney XD, which airs a lot of the current Marvel animated series. It’s revealed in the article that the contract Cartoon Network has with “The Clone Wars” is on a year by year basis, so it would make sense for the show to change networks once that contract is up at the end of the season.
