The “Star Wars Resistance” season finale is here, and some big changes look to be in store for our heroes and the Colossus in “No Escape Part 2” that you can see in the official preview of the season finale sent us from Lucasfilm:
In “No Escape: Part 2,” Kaz and Torra free Yeager and Doza, but Tam is going to be escorted off world by the First Order. Kaz comes up with a crazy plan, using Neeku’s help to upset the platform – literally. The First Order are temporarily thwarted, but return to destroy Kaz and crew…The new episode – “No Escape: Part 2” – will also be available SUNDAY, MARCH 17th (12:01 a.m. PT) on the DisneyNOW app and Disney Channel VOD, giving kids and families access to the series wherever and whenever they want to watch.

The news that “Star Wars” animation fans have been dying to know about regarding Celebration Chicago has finally been announced, as it was revealed today at StarWars.com and on The Star Wars Show that not one, but three different animation panels will be held at Celebration this year! One for “Star Wars Resistance,” one for “Star Wars Rebels,” and I think the one most fans are anxious for, one for “The Clone Wars”!
Here are all the details announced for the three panels so far from StarWars,com:
On Saturday, April 13, join Dave Filoni, Vanessa Marshall, Tiya Sircar, and Taylor Gray for the Star Wars Rebels Remembered panel. The Ghost crew went from a single scrappy crew of rebels to a vital part of the larger cause over four seasons. Although the series is over (and there won’t be a surprise announcement of a new series during this panel), we’ll never forget the characters who deepened our knowledge of the Force, made us laugh and cry, and gave us hope.
On Sunday, April 14, get together with Dave Filoni and special guests to celebrate the return of Star Wars: The Clone Wars and share an exclusive sneak peek at things to come.
And on Monday, April 15, it’s time to join the Resistance for a look back at the shocking season one finale and a preview of the second season of Star Wars Resistance with Executive Producers Justin Ridge, Athena Portillo, Brandon Auman, and members of the cast including Christopher Sean, Suzie McGrath, Scott Lawrence, Myrna Velasco, and Donald Faison.
This is really some exciting news. We knew that “Star Wars” animation would have a presence at Celebration like it always does, but the fact that we’re getting three different panels on all three series is great to hear, and one focusing on “Star Wars Rebels” is s real nice surprise.
The first season of “Star Wars Resistance” is winding down, as the first part of the season finale titled ” No Escape” airs this Sunday, and you can now check out the official description, new images, and clip from the episode sent to us from Lucasfilm:
