Seth Green and Matt Senreich at Celebration VI!

The twisted masterminds behind Robot Chicken — Seth Green and Matthew Senreich — will be attending Star Wars Celebration VI this August 23-26, 2012, in Orlando, Florida as special guests. Star Wars fans from the very beginning, Seth and Matt have been honored guests of past Celebrations since their hilarious Robot Chicken show moved beyond just the occasionalStar Wars sketch to full-fledged specials showcasing the hilarious side of a galaxy far, far away. Three Robot Chicken: Star Wars specials later, they’re still mining the saga for comedy gold, including working as consultants for the team developing a new animated Star Warsseries at Lucasfilm Animation.

Green and Senreich are co-executive producers, creators, writers and directors on Robot Chicken, which for over 100 episodes and five seasons on Adult Swim has used stop-motion incarnations of pop culture’s greatest heroes and villains — as well as celebrity guest voices — to create award-winning comedy sketches. Their production company, Stoopid Monkey, is hard at work on the sixth season of Robot Chicken as well as a new special. Along with their partner Joe Kavanagh, the duo are producing original stop-motion animation on their YouTube channel, youtube.com/StoopidMonkey. Other productions from Green and Senreich include the online reality show controltv.com, and Titan Maximum.

In addition to providing upwards of 35-60 voices on Robot Chicken each week, Green’s voice can be heard in Family Guy, and he can be seen in such upcoming movies as Sexy Evil Genius, and The Story of Luke. Starring in films since he was eight, Green is known for roles in The Italian JobWithout a PaddleParty Monster, the Austin Powers films, Rat RaceRadio Days, on television in Buffy: The Vampire Slayer and Greg the Bunny, and in videogames in the Mass Effect series.

Senreich began his entertainment career at age 16, interning for Marvel Comics. He was editor of ToyFare magazine at Wizard Entertainment before becoming editorial director of all the Wizard titles. Collaborating with Green inToyFare magazine led to the creation of animated online shorts, paving the way towards Robot Chicken. Senreich is currently writing/producing/shooting an animated pilot for Fox called Mt. Pleasant.

Both Green and Senreich are well known in the Star Wars fan community, and both have made appearances in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Always entertaining and unpredictable, Seth and Matt’s appearances at the Main Stage of Star Wars: Celebration VI will be a must-see.
