A new TV Spot for season two of “Star Wars Rebels” was released by Disney XD, and offers a look at some new footage of the upcoming season set to a techno music beat. Even in this brief new TV spot, this upcoming season just keeps looking better and better!
Season two of “Star Wars Rebels” begins on Wednesday October 14th.
To say I’m excited about Captain Rex and other Clones returning in “Star Wars Rebels” would be a massive understatement. And to help me and other fans get even more excited for the Clones’ return, USA Today has posted an exclusive new preview video that focuses on the return of the Clones in “Star Wars Rebels” season two!
You can check out the video below with interviews from Dave Filoni and Dee Bradley Baker, as well as glimpses at some new footage. And if you look closely during the crowd shot of the Celebration Anaheim panel, you may just spot me in the crowd!
The wait for “Star Wars Rebels” season two is killing me! Especially after seeing this new video, as these first two episodes with the clones are sure to be amazing. But we just have a little under a month to go, as season two begins on Wednesday, October 14th.
The wait is over, as “Star Wars: Rebels: Complete Season 1” has officially been released on Blu-ray and DVD today! To help get fans even more excited for the release, Lucasfilm has sent us two clips from the bonus features on the Blu-ray to share with you guys, where Dave Filoni gives us a sneak peek at season two, as a well as a video of “Star Wars Rebels” presence at Celebration Anaheim!

“Star Wars Rebels” fans attending New York Comic-Con this year will have a lot to be excited about, as the second season of “Star Wars Rebels” will have a big presence at this year’s convention with a dedicated panel for season two, as well as a screening for two new episodes!

Season 2 Sneak Peeks and Preview at NYCC
Fans attending New York Comic Con on Thursday, October 8th will receive an exclusive sneak peek of what’s to come in the second season of Star Wars Rebels with a panel featuring special guests plus a preview screening of two new episodes from the series.
As the second season of Star Wars Rebels opens, the crew of the Ghost is now considered a very real threat to the Empire and has caught the attention of Darth Vader himself. Undeterred, the rebels seek out old friends and add powerful allies to their cause, forming the beginnings of a more formidable alliance against the Empire. To stop them, Vader will dispatch new agents to hunt down their growing coalition, determined to snuff them out before they can ignite a galaxy to rebellion.
The Star Wars Rebels panel will take place on the Empire Stage from 1:30-2:30 p.m. and will be followed by an exclusive screening of two new episodes later on the same stage, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. These all-new episodes will feature the series debut of Captain Rex, Captain Gregor and Commander Wolffe – three clones from the previous Star Wars animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars. They join another fan favorite from The Clone Wars – Ahsoka Tano – who made her Star Wars Rebels debut in the final episode of season 1.

While no official premiere date for season two has been announced yet, it looks like it will definitely be in the middle of October with the two new episodes making their debut at New York Comic Con on October 8th. But that will definitely be a great day for all “Star Wars Rebels” fans, as I’m sure some great new details will be revealed at the panel, and there will no doubt be a lot of great buzz from fans who attend the screening of those two new episodes!
So be sure to mark October 8th on you calendar!
The latest issue of the U.K. “Star Wars Rebels Magazine” has been released today, and in that issue some new images were revealed that show the faces of the two new Inquisitors we’ll see in season 2.
Now we’ve seen the face of the new male Inquisitor from the season two trailer, but the images below show the identity of the female Inquisitor, who we’ve previously only seen with her mask on. You can check out the images below from Star Wars Underworld, but if you don’t want to see the face behind the mask of the female Inquisitor until you see the episodes, the images should be considered potential spoilers.

Now we’ve previously speculated that the female Inquisitor could be Barris Offee knowing what happened to her in “The Clone Wars,” and I think these images greatly add to that speculation, as that’s what a Dark Side Barris Offee would look like to me!
Hopefully we wont have to wait too long to get confirmation, but it’s no doubt going to be awesome to see the episodes these new Inquisitors show up in, regardless of who they are!
