Another classic “Star Wars” character is making their debut on “Star Wars Rebels,”  as Entertainment Weekly has just given us our first look at Grand Moff Tarkin (Voiced brilliantly once again by Stephen Stanton) with two exclusive clips from next week’s new episode, “Call to Action.”
